Topline efficacy at 80 weeks, 12mg dose: efficacy estimand (assumes full treatment adherence) −28.3% body weight (−31.9kg / −70.3lb); treatment-regimen estimand (includes early discontinuers) −25.0%. Placebo: −2.2% (efficacy estimand) / −3.9% (treatment-regimen estimand). Discontinuation due to adverse events at 12mg: 11.3%, versus 4.9% on placebo. 45.3% of 12mg participants achieved 30% or more weight loss; 65.3% achieved a BMI under 30.
